Wraptura is a founder-led gifting concierge. This page describes, in plain language, what information we collect when you use wraptura.com and how it is used.

What we collect

When you submit a brief, join the client list, or download the cultural gifting calendar, we collect the information you provide directly: your name, email address, recipient details, occasion, budget, and delivery preferences. When you check out through the Signature Edit, payment is processed entirely by Stripe; we do not receive or store your card number.

Like most websites, we also collect standard analytics data (pages visited, referring source, UTM campaign parameters) through Google Analytics and Meta Pixel, where enabled, to understand which channels bring visitors to the site.

How we use it

Brief and checkout information is used to plan, source, and deliver your commission, and to follow up on your order. Email addresses collected through the client list or calendar download are used to send occasional gifting content and offers through Resend, our email delivery provider. You can unsubscribe from any email at any time using the link in the footer of that email.

Who we share it with

We do not sell or rent your information to third parties. Information is shared only with the service providers required to run the business: Stripe (payment processing), Resend (email delivery), and standard analytics providers (Google Analytics, Meta Pixel). Vendors, florists, and makers we source from receive only the details necessary to fulfill your specific commission.

Your choices

You may request a copy of the information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it, by replying to any confirmation email or writing to the address below. Because Wraptura is one person fulfilling real commissions, please allow a few days for a response.
