Terms of Service

These terms cover commissions booked through wraptura.com, including the Signature Edit and custom consultations. By submitting a brief or completing checkout, you agree to the terms below.

Commissions and pricing

The Signature Edit is a flat-rate commission at the price shown at checkout, single recipient. Corporate, group, wedding, and bespoke commissions are quoted individually after a private consultation; pricing and scope are confirmed in writing before any work beyond the initial consultation begins.

The 14-day guarantee

Every Signature Edit is hand-sourced and hand-finished to reach your recipient within 14 days of your confirmed brief. If it does not arrive within that window, we refund 50% of the commission automatically, no dispute process required, and you keep the gift.

Capacity and timing

Wraptura accepts a limited number of Signature commissions per month because sourcing and hand-finishing is done by one person. Your confirmed brief date reserves your production slot; changes to recipient details or delivery timing after your brief is confirmed may affect your delivery window.

Payment

Signature Edit checkout is processed by Stripe. Larger scopes (Grand, Bespoke, group and corporate programs) are invoiced after you approve a written proposal; payment terms are confirmed at that time.

Cancellations

Because sourcing typically begins within 24 hours of a confirmed brief, cancellations requested after sourcing has started may not be fully refundable. Reply to your confirmation email as soon as possible if your plans change.
