These terms cover the Diwali Team Gifts and Gratitude Table Thanksgiving gifts purchased through wraptura.com. By completing checkout, you agree to the terms below.

Products and pricing

Ready-to-order gifts are sold at the prices shown on the site and in checkout. Diwali Team Gifts can be purchased from one gift. Standard checkout supports one U.S. delivery destination; a Diwali order requiring multiple delivery addresses is reviewed as a delivery plan before payment. Ready-to-order gifts are sold as shown and do not currently include changes to their contents, gift messages, or branded gift cards. Adding a product to the cart does not reserve it or complete a purchase.

Launch shipping campaign

Standard shipping on product orders to one U.S. address is free during our launch campaign, automatically applied without a code. Applicable tax is separate. Diwali multiple-address delivery plans are quoted separately. The campaign has no announced end date. Changes will apply to future orders and will not change shipping charges on completed purchases.

Existing confirmed custom orders

If you already have an accepted custom-order proposal, its written contents, fulfillment approach, timing, total, payment terms, and any reservation-deposit terms continue to govern that order.

Capacity and timing

Wraptura accepts only the work it can source, finish, and coordinate to the agreed standard. A completed product checkout confirms the applicable order details. Changes to recipient details or delivery timing after confirmation may affect the delivery window.

Payment

Product payments are processed by Stripe. Diwali multi-address delivery plans are quoted before a payment link is issued.

Cancellations

Because sourcing may begin after checkout, cancellations requested after sourcing begins may not be fully refundable. Reply to your confirmation email or email Amoolya as soon as your plans change. Existing custom orders follow their written terms.
